British English vs American English
47English is the oficial language not only in Great Britain (GB) but also in the United States of America (USA) and in many countries all over the world. But the pronunciation, the intonation, and even some words or expressions are diferent from country to country.
The same happens with other languages and countries. Just think of portuguese, it is official language in Portugal and Brazil, but when a Brazilian speaks Portuguese, you immediately note the difference, do not you?

Whose language is it
An Englisman was sitting in a Little restaurant in a very small town in Greece. It was about five o'clock in the affernoon, so he called the waiter and ordered a cup of tea with milk - in English of course because he couldn't speak Greek.
An American, with a big fat cigar in his mouth was sitting at the next table with a glass of coke in his hand. He turned round and with a smile he said:
- Gee, it sure is great to hear someone speak my language in this place!
The Englishman looked up and replied:
- Excuse me, sir, I'm not speaking your language. You are trying to speak mine...
